NSV
I've never reported a non scale victory before, but today I will because it was a big one. I cleaned out my pantry of unhealthy, processed food. I loaded them up in a big box and I'm going to send them to the food pantry that I volunteer at. Why is this a victory? Well...besides that I had the yuckiest sticky stuff at the bottom of my pantry shelves; it was just one more way I committed to healthy eating for me and my family.
