I'm always looking for new inspiration and I just found it. Cammy from the Tippy Toe Diet Blog is funny and cheeky. She challenged herself to a 1,000 minutes last month and made it. That is so GREAT!
I'm going to challenge myself to 520 minutes for the month of February. I have a theory about exercise that is probably warped, but never the less I am sticking with it. I think it's best to start out really slow with fitness and move up. For example, what if I exercised for 1 hour every day starting now? I think that to continue to lose weight I would have to keep that up or add more. Instead, I do a little bit of exercise, and add more as needed. However, the kicker is that I need to find a way that fitness can be a lifestyle. I know myself, and I don't ever see myself as the hour a day girl. I gotta find a way to work a little bit of it in on a regular basis. I like the monthly minute goal. I hope I will do better than I did last week with zero exercise.
