Second week on the weight watcher's program and I've gained two pounds. Here are my top 5 xcuses.1. My kidneys aren't working so I'm retaining water.
2. I had salty soup before bed time of weigh in day.
3. I like ding dongs and Twinkies.
4. Mall walking adds muscle.
5. It's PERIOD week, and that's my EXCUSE!!
