Fessing Up and Moving On...

Fess up time: Plus 1.5 pounds.
What am I doing about it?
  • I signed up for a 10 week biggest loser program through my gym. (the one I never use)
  • I worked out today for 40 minutes.

I see no shame in messing up. The shame comes from letting the mess up continue to mess you up. You are changing it and moving forward. That is not shame that should be pride!

Face forward, one step at a time. YOU CAN DO IT!! Good luck and have fun with your 10 week program!!!

Way to take positive steps! Go you.

Everyone messes up. The only question is if we mess up and stop, or mess up and move on.

Good for you to be a move-on-er!

No need to feel shame. We all go up and down. Stopping bad habits should be rewarded - and you have a plan. Kudos.
