Broccoli and Cheese Soup w/ tomato



Ingredients:

2 lbs of frozen broccoli
1 can of tomatoes w/ green peppers and onions in mixture.
10 oz Light Velveeta cheese.
Two 14 1/2 oz can of chicken broth.
2 tablespoons of flour
5 Teaspoons of powdered creamer.

salt to taste

Directions:
combine broccoli, tomatoes and broth.
Bring to boil. simmer 10 minutes.
Add cheese, flour, and creamer.
Puree in blender.

salt to taste.

2 points a cup. Makes 10 one cup servings.

This is so good!! Also, it's easy. It's a great recipe to do with kids. Also, kids loved eating it.

Source=weight watcher's message boards, however so altered it's not hardly recognizable.
